Yes, a NAS database path can be configured in each workstation’s settings. Check permissions, backups and concurrent access before general use. The change takes effect after restarting.

Select the companies from your contact list. LBM Submit then prepares an email in Outlook. Recipients cannot see the other companies’ email addresses. You review the message before sending it.

No. Classic Outlook opens a draft for manual review and sending. Check the return deadline and add your Outlook signature. New Outlook is not compatible with this integration.

No. It shows downloads started, IP addresses and estimated countries and devices. An IP may be shared and a link forwarded; these data prove neither identity nor complete reading.

After deletion on the host, the document and its share disappear from the list. The link no longer allows downloading, but existing downloaded copies are not erased.

The account provides the user area and lets the team manage profiles. It does not currently trigger any payment or licence.
