Choose the calculation basis
Open Cost estimate from the project. A price schedule containing articles provides a basis for pricing; the heating, ventilation and sanitary modules also support estimates using project data.

Check and adjust
Review quantities, units and prices. Distinguish catalogue prices from estimated values and adjust prices for this estimate where necessary. Recalculate after changing parameters.

Present the result
Review the cost breakdown, summary and PDF preview. State assumptions and limitations before sharing the estimate. It does not replace a reviewed contractor bid.

Separate future developments
Cost control, progress payment requests and contract variations are potential future developments. They are not available in version 0.16.0 and no release date is announced.
